Like you, we were frustrated!

Like many business offerings, Vie Associates' strategic management methods were born out of a frustration.  While talking with organizational leaders, we saw first hand the frustration of strategic plans that failed to produce, consultants that became strangers after the check cleared, and sophisticated plans prepared for organizations that were not built to handle them.

What was missing became obvious.  The initiative had become all about the plan!  Organizations, were introduced to strategic planning as an event, a object, a project. What they were not being told is in order for a strategic plan to be effective a strategic management system must be in place to execute and manage it!

At Vie Associates we are dedicated to working ourselves out of a job!  Our goal is to help organizations implement systems through which they can manage their strategies more effectively, operate more efficiently, and only need to contact us to help with reviews or to just say hello!
